AAcme Hosting & SMS Test Messaging Cancellation Policy


  1. All cancellations require a 30-day written notification. Cancellation of the service is in effect only upon the issuance of a cancellation number.

  2. Written cancellations may be sent to tech.support@ecomPlanet.com.

  3. There are no refunds for partial months.

  4. No account can be cancelled by the customer while having an outstanding balance. All accounts must be paid current prior to cancellation.

  5. The monthly fee is charged regardless of messages used or not used. Non usage of an account does not automatically cancel the account.

  6. All terms, as set forth in the Terms of Use must be satisfied. If an account has been cancelled by the customer or AAcme, the keywords and shortcodes remain the property of AAcme and can be reissued at the discretion of AAcme.
