Any registered User of AAcme can send sms text messages to his/her friends, family, colleagues, clients, contacts, etc. using the AAcme Interface. However, AAcme does not allow use of its services for sending unsolicited commercial email and/or SMS text message (spam), and by using AAcme services, you expressly agree not to transmit spam using the AAcme system. Any User who transmits spam over the AAcme system will be cut off from the AAcme service. If you believe you have received a spam message generated from our system, please let us know by sending an email to tech.support@ecomPlanet.com. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the details of the message, such as the content of message, time of delivery, sender name, short code etc. so that we can take the appropriate action to stop the spamming.
